The Instructor

Dimitris Dassios is an experienced and certified Project Manager, Project Management and ITIL Trainer and Data Protection Officer Executive, with a strong track record of training across all Sectors (Telecommunications, Energy, Banking, Public Sector, Pharmaceutical etc.) and leading complex, cross functional portfolios of projects. He holds solid experience in restructuring & transformational large-scale projects, coordinating and integrating deliverables between agile and waterfall methodology, in diverse and challenging environments. He has a proven ability to train, manage and coach high performing teams, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence leadership, inspiring effective communication and motivating teams in order to achieve challenging targets ensuring top performance.

He has served as President of the Audit Committee as well as Member of the Board of Directors of PMI Greece Chapter. He holds numerous certifications, such as the PMP (Project Management Professional) and PMI/ACP Certification, ITIL Specialist Certification, ITIL Foundation Certification, he is IRCA Approved Lead Auditor ISO 9001/2015 and Certified DPO Executive. Additionally, Dimitris is a Certified AI+Project ManagerTM Trainer, helping Project Managers understand how to incorporate AI practices into their every-day tasks.
